Privacy policy

Saalim Toolkits is operated by Muhammed Saalim, an individual seller in India. For privacy questions, contact saalimtoolkits@gmail.com.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message and any attachments you choose to send. Once sales are enabled, support enquiries may also include an order reference and purchase details needed to identify the order. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents to this support address.
How information is used
We use enquiry and order information to answer questions, resolve access or product issues, handle refunds, maintain necessary business records and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell customer contact details or add enquirers to a marketing mailing list through this site.
Website and service providers
This page has no custom contact form, advertising pixels or site-owner analytics integrations. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs to operate and secure the website, and may use necessary functionality for access. Email is handled through Gmail and its infrastructure. Those providers process information under their own policies.
Checkout is not enabled and this website does not collect payment details. Before payments are enabled, this policy will be updated to identify the payment provider and describe any additional customer-data processing. Opening your email application through a contact link does not submit a message automatically.
Your business records
The workbook operates on files you control. It does not send your entered receipts, expenses, invoices or client list to Saalim Toolkits. Your spreadsheet app or cloud-storage provider may process those files if you use its services. Do not send real customer records when a redacted example will explain a support problem.
Retention and your requests
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to answer and resolve the enquiry, and retain purchase records where required for business or legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations or resolve disputes.
Security and changes
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We limit the information we request and encourage redacting sensitive data in support messages. Updates to this policy will be dated here.
