Refunds & digital delivery

This policy applies to the Small Business Finance Toolkit V2. It is a one-time digital product, not a subscription or physical item. Checkout is currently disabled, so no purchases are being taken through this website.

Delivery once checkout is enabled

The intended delivery is a downloadable buyer ZIP after successful payment. The purchase page will show the enabled delivery method before orders open. The ZIP includes the blank .xlsx workbook, START_HERE.html guide and LICENSE.txt. No physical shipping is involved.

You will need to download and extract the ZIP and open the workbook in a compatible spreadsheet application. If you cannot access a purchased file, email saalimtoolkits@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the problem.

Requesting a refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase for non-delivery, a duplicate purchase, a corrupt file or a material problem where the delivered product does not match its description. Include your order reference, purchase email, reason and any redacted screenshot that helps explain the issue.

We will review the request and, where appropriate, offer a working replacement or correction. If a qualifying issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange a refund. Duplicate charges will be investigated and any confirmed duplicate refunded. This request window does not limit any longer period or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Change of mind and compatibility

Change-of-mind requests after digital delivery are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable consumer rights. Please read the compatibility and feature information before buying, and ask us if your required application or workflow has not been tested. We do not promise compatibility beyond the description.

Cancellation and processing

There are no recurring charges or subscriptions to cancel. For a one-time purchase cancellation, contact support promptly. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank; we will communicate the available information when handling the request.
