Terms of use

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms describe the Small Business Finance Toolkit V2 offered under the Saalim Toolkits store name by Muhammed Saalim, an individual seller based in India. Questions: saalimtoolkits@gmail.com.

Product and purchase status

The product is a downloadable ZIP containing an editable .xlsx workbook, an HTML start guide and a text licence. The advertised price is US$9.99 for a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount will be disclosed before payment. Checkout is not enabled yet; this website currently provides product information and does not accept orders or payments.

Your usage permission

After a valid purchase, you may use and modify the workbook for your own business records, generate and send invoices to customers, keep backups, and permit your staff to use it for that business.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, post publicly or share the editable workbook, guide or package files as another template product. Purchasing grants usage permission, not ownership of the product for resale.

Compatibility and responsible use

Review the compatibility information before purchasing. A suitable spreadsheet application is required and is not included. Only the described Android workflows have been manually checked; other applications, versions and every feature have not been verified.

Keep backups and a blank master. Enter information only in the intended cells, preserve formulas, follow the prepared entry limits and check all records and invoices before using or sending them. Creating an invoice does not automatically log, email or collect payment for it.

Scope and limitations

The workbook organises user-entered records. It does not provide accounting, legal, investment or tax advice, automated tax compliance, tax filing, bank feeds or a guarantee of business results. The invoice tax field applies a percentage entered by the user; it does not determine a tax rate or tax-return liability. Cash surplus is not accounting profit or a bank balance.

Delivery, refunds and support

The refund and delivery policy explains the planned delivery process and how to request help. Contact us for file-access or product issues. Customisation services, future upgrades and lifetime support are not included or promised.

Your rights and changes

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Changes will be dated on this page. The terms presented at purchase apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
